1. Service Overview
We provide Innova taxi services for local, outstation, business, and tourist travel. Our services are subject to vehicle availability, route feasibility, and confirmed bookings.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized channels.
You will receive a confirmation message/email once the booking is accepted.
Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
3. Pickup & Drop Policy
Drivers will arrive at the scheduled pickup location on or before time.
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Delays beyond this may result in additional charges.
Customers are responsible for being available at the pickup location.
4. Payment Terms
Fares are calculated based on distance, travel time, and trip type (one-way or round trip).
Payments can be made via UPI, cash, or online payment gateways.
Advance payments may be required for long-distance or multi-day trips.
Toll taxes, parking, and state entry fees are to be paid by the customer (if not included).
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 6 hours prior to pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged the full fare.
6. Driver Conduct & Responsibility
All our drivers are professionally trained and background-verified.
Drivers are instructed to follow all traffic laws and maintain professional behavior.
Customers are requested to cooperate with drivers during the trip.
7. Luggage Policy
Each Innova ride allows standard luggage space. Excess luggage must be disclosed during booking.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings.
8. Prohibited Activities
No smoking, drinking, or illegal activity is permitted inside the cab.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal items during travel.
